When you reserve a place, Aclira Beauty & Wellness Ltd. collects your first name, email address, optional phone number, marketing-consent choice, submission date and source.

How we use it

We use this information to manage your reservation. If—and only if—you check the marketing-consent box, we may also use your contact information for Aclira product-launch updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.

Storage and access

Reservation records are stored in the Site’s protected database. Access is limited to authorized Aclira administrators. We do not collect payment-card information through the reservation form.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or permanently delete your reservation, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing hello@aclira.ca.
